We sincerely hope that you and your students enjoy the preparation and performance of this quality literature. Great care has been taken to assure that they are performable by high school and middle school musicians as well as being delightful music for both festival and concert.

Should you desire instrumentation or voicing currently unavailable in either this catalog or in your search through existing literature, contact PEL Music Publications and every effort will be made to tailor compositions to your instrumentation. We're still small enough to be able to offer this service unavailable through larger companies.

We are pleased that a number of our ensembles are on the Wisconsin and New York state lists. You will note that those arrangements are listed with bold face.

*** Note that each solo or ensemble is listed by difficulty using the Wisconsin system. Class A (level 4-5) is challenging literature for high school, Class B (level 3) is less challenging - having easier technical requirements and ranges. Class C (level 2-3) is generally considered middle school / junior high school level. The solos listed as "Beginner Solo Series" would fit those students who are in their first year of study. The musicality of Class B and C music is, however, worthy and just because of the ease of performance should not be considered inferior in quality.
